how disappointing! the decor is completely outdated and the service was lackluster. I couldn’t believe I wasn’t offered a room upgrade, considering my needs. I almost left a good review, but the constant reception music and the older TV were just unforgivable. who wants a dated experience anyway?

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room smelled strongly of cat pee and it permeated my experience. It felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned properly, leading to an uncomfortable stay and a lingering odor that I couldn't shake off.

The staff truly made our stay special, especially Mabelle and Andrea, who engaged with my kids at their level. Our room featured a great welcome note from the manager, Tyler, and delicious food every morning made our mornings brighter.

My kids wished the pool area had more kid-friendly features.

Just an excellent fit for a trip in Schaumburg with all in all brilliant value for money. The hotel is very clean, and the staff was courteous and professional with every interaction. If you need a quiet space to relax, consider finding a lounge area away from the reception music.

The king room with sofa bed was comfy and had a nice flat-screen TV. The bathroom had free toiletries and a good hairdryer. It was super clean and had air conditioning. The lobby area was great for hanging out after the hockey game, and breakfast had yummy options. Fitness center was a plus too.
